The registration form for NHS staff and volunteers is below; please note that it may take a moment to load. Your confirmation email will give you all the information you need, but you can find all the details of the event here, and the terms and conditions here.
Registration is just £20 for West Herts Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust staff and volunteers who register with their NHS email address. For West Herts NHS volunteers who do not have an NHS email address, please register with your personal email address and forward your ID to westherts.raise@nhs.net.
Time slots are available between 10am – 4pm, please indicate whether you prefer morning or afternoon at the bottom of the form below.
After you have registered, please also sign up to our abseil Just Giving page here! Simply click ‘start fundraising’ to create your own page.
