Welcome to #DoingOurBit – a collection of dedicated, original fitness content to help keep NHS and Health and Social Care staff healthy during COVID-19.
As you continue to navigate this difficult time, #DoingOurBit aims to help you be happy and healthy through activity. Every session has been created especially by talented and generous PTs who have pledged their time and donated their workouts to say ‘thank you NHS’.
Once you’ve signed up, you’ll have full access to a collection of fitness videos – from relaxation and stretch sessions to low impact and bodyweight workouts right up to more energetic higher intensity routines, there’s something for everyone.
We are really keen to share and promote this platform as it is very unique – please follow us on social media (Instagram #nhsdoingourbit) and engage with us and tag the platform on there – all of our fitness partners and personal trainers can then share your stories too.
