If my application is successful, I understand that in accepting the grant, I will be agreeing to:
Raise publicising my project;providing feedback on the impact of the funding and that failure to do so may hinder any future applications;acknowledge Raise as the funder of my project in all communications about the project and that failure to do so may hinder any future applications; providing any agreed reporting requirements and that failure to do so may result in the grant being revoked;inform Raise immediately of any changes or amendments to the information outlined in my application and that failure to do so may result in the grant being revoked;commence the project outlined within the application within six months of notification of grant approval and that failure to do so may result in the grant being revoked; complete the project outlined within the application within twenty-four months and that failure to do so may result in the grant being revoked. (If you need to make any changes or your project becomes delayed in any way, it is imperative that you contact Raise as soon as possible. In extenuating circumstances, amendments can be agreed at the discretion of the Charity Director).
